To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom. You must complete our online consultation honestly and accurately. We reserve the right to decline treatment to any individual where we determine it is not clinically appropriate or safe to do so.
Our services are not suitable for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, individuals under 18, or those whose medical history indicates that the requested treatment poses an unacceptable clinical risk. Eligibility is determined solely at the discretion of our prescribing pharmacist.
All prescriptions are issued only following a clinical review of your submitted consultation by our qualified prescribing pharmacist. Submitting a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Our clinical team may request additional information before a decision is made.
You must disclose all current medications, medical conditions, and relevant health history accurately. Providing false or incomplete information may result in harm to your health and termination of your account. Prescriptions are issued for personal use only and must not be shared or transferred.
Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Your payment will be processed securely, and you will receive an email confirmation upon successful payment.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid for.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is carried out via a tracked courier service to your specified UK address. Working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by courier services, incorrect delivery addresses, or circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been issued and your order dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund due to the nature of prescription medicines and applicable medicines legislation.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly. Refunds or replacements for faulty goods are handled in accordance with your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
